Information provided through enquiries
The consultation form requests your name, mobile number, email, city, service interest, optional specific interest and preferred language, preferred contact method and an optional message, together with consent to be contacted. Do not submit account credentials, payment details or sensitive financial records.
Purpose and routing
Submitted enquiries are stored in Vestra’s private enquiry database on the website server so the administrator can respond, organise follow-ups and record internal notes. A receipt is shown only after the enquiry has been saved. The administrator can also record enquiries received through other channels with contact consent. The site does not automatically forward enquiries to external providers. Controller and contact details must be completed below.
Cookies and local storage
The public website does not add advertising analytics, tracking pixels or marketing cookies. Administrator sign-in uses a necessary, secure session cookie that expires after 12 hours. Server logs may record technical request information. Future integrations must be assessed and documented by the administrator.
Retention and security
Enquiry access is restricted to the authenticated website owner. The administrator can permanently delete an enquiry and its notes, and can record a request not to be contacted. Restricted daily server backups may retain deleted information for up to 14 days, after which the scheduled backup process removes expired snapshots.
